Hygiene is VERY important when doing makeup. People have eye infections, lip infections and you definitely don't want to pass that to no one or your makeup. It is very important to keep your brushes , tools and makeup clean. One very important thing to remember always...NO BUBBLE DIPPING ANYTHING! Bacterial likes creamy things. For that reason a mixing palette and a spatula is important to have in your make up kit. I bought these at Cinema Secrets for about $16 dollars.

Any creamy product should be transferred to the mixing palette with the spatula. Like I said bacteria likes creamy things therefor when doing this you wont pass bacteria.
When applying mascara use disposable wands.

With these mascara wands you shouldn't double dip as well. Make sure to get enough mascara on one wand for both eyes if not use one wand for one eye and another wand for the other eye.
There's also disposable lip wands which come in hand when not having enough lip brushes.

Alcohol wipes , disinfecting wipes and hand sanitizer are a must in your makeup kit. With the alcohol wipes you clean your eyelash curler EVEY time some one new is going to use it. Disinfecting wipes always come in hand. A must... sanitize your hands before and after you do someone's makeup.
